If you only read the “reminders”, you will not become more positive, you probably know that. Firstly, you have to put them into practice because there is no “revelation” overnight. You have to work on it day by day. As I am today, when I write, I’m only smiling,feeling positive, nothing throws me out of the track, fear does not overwhelm me, when some parts of my body start to hurt because of illness,will I and my husband never again make a mistake?
